Thumbs up Good fishing, no pictures!

I have been going out latly now that my boat works again! The fish are biting well on Beaver, I am catching numerous 14" fish! I have not had any scheduled trips as of late so I have just been going out and pidilin around. I bought a new Hummingbird 565 for the front of my boat and I'm dying to try it out!
I just thought I'd let everyone know that Beaver Lake is still on the map!
I hope everyone else is still catching a bunch!

    Hey Jason:

Good to hear they are turning on up there - that means they'll start turning on here soon! We've been building a lot of Bamboo Crappie Condos and doing a little scouting. The crappie aren't stacked up on our deep condos yet but we're catching some really nice crappie and most of them are slamming a jig like it's the last food in the lake. The females are putting on eggs real fast and they're all getting really thick.

Our females are pretty full of eggs as well! I can't wait for the spawn and warmth!
All the fish I've been catching have been in the 12' to 24' water colomn. You are right the fish are murdering jigs like it's there last meal, oh wait it could be!
I will start my condos next week. I have found quite a bit of boo up this way, I can't thank you guys enough for showing me how to put these piles together and the best places to put them!

    Hey Jason:

You need to see our Mega Mats. I think they are really going to help the adult crappie have a more successful spawn and also help the fry survive and grow when they come off the beds. Our fisheries biologists came out with us yesterday to see how we build them and ole Drew just kept saying "AMAZING" over and over - I think they were impressed.

Hey Jerry: How about posting a picture of one of the "Mega-mats"? I think we all would like to see one. Thanks.
