Johnny to me there is no more sport in killing a turkey than there is a chicken. Dumbest thing in the woods as far as I'm concerned. Just go sit on a food plot in a blind and kill one. They are a nusiance on our land. In fact the bird I killed had about 2 cups of my oats we planted in its craw. When you consider there were 12 in the group with it thats alot of my seed planted for the deer they are waisting. Makes me wish we had turkey poachers instead of deer poachers in our area. Head up this way and I will put you on a limit in a hurry.

Dale -- nice turkey. Does you son like fishing as much as hunting?

Great to hear from you J. No the kid likes hunting much more than fishing. Guess thats because I have a incredible place to hunt but struggle to catch crappie.

Glad to see you back on the board.

Wow, what'a harvest with a bow. As for the he/she goin's on -- you're too much brother, lol, LOL, big time. Just cut her up in strips for me, bread and deep fry. Might be a little different but I'm betting ole Rosey bird will cook up the same.
