Looking for fishing spot

Looking for a new fish spot
I have seen videos on you tube the channel is based in Searcy. Also the body of water he fishes looks like the the Crappie Magnet videos I have watched the place looked like a swamp with the cypress trees. I would like to fish in such a place.
In just took an even longer journey to Atchafalaya from Chicago area which was supposed to be 13 hours that turned into 17. Arkansas is closer. I used to drive to Okeechobee Florida straight through I am getting old and so is that drive
Any tips on such a place with campgrounds nearby would be appreciated
I have researched Reelfoot lake the state park campground is closed for repairs and the private places loom questionable and fishing reports seem to generally be poor

Hard to say with the description given. Might be best to contact him for location. I may be able to help with campgrounds.
Sardis Lake, MS has a state park and COE campground on the lower lake. We've camped at both many times in the past. A boat pier at the COE campgrounds and one at the lower lake ramp. Members from other groups have been posting photos of their daily catch. Theres the upper lake too to fish.
