Did not start early but had a good morning . Getting hot but don't mind so much when Crappie are thumpin . I kept a limit and released more than that . Pitched Takeum jigs on them . The hatchet heads in black and purple sparkle with fox hair. Boat flipped them with 11.5' Stryker jig pole . Summer bite is on and fish are suspended.
