    Yeah, finally gonna begin on Sept. 1.

    Lake will be non existent next 2-3 years or so.

    Is September 1st official? I live on the lake (just moved here a year ago) so I hate to hear they are but can agree it needs some work.

    yes, Sept 1 is official and the lake will be dry for 5 years before the start to refill it.
