Branthill, Morgan point is an oxbow off the Arkansas river. It is located east of Dumas, Ar. Go east at Dumas to the Pendleton bridge on the river and take a right before the bridge. Just as you get to the dam and hydro plant the parking lot and ramp is on the right.
The deal that swapped the land at the boat launch on the south end for a parcel across the dam was the worst piece of crap that i have heard of. You know the deal of which i speak???
