    Can anyone recommend some small lakes in the area from Plum Bayou and Clear Lake up to just North of Jacksonville? Pay lakes and "no gas motors" reservoirs would be especially good. Lake names, directions, any info appreciated. Thanks.

    Have you tried Pickthorn out from Jacksonville ? It is AGFC Lake and should be good.:D
