Memoral Day weekend

Just wanted to see what all y'all were doin this weekend??? I'm going up to Lake Norrell and try trolling with Bandit crankbaits, Floating yo-yo's, maybe some spider riggin and anything else I think of.

Remember our troops. Young and old. I thank you all.

Going to Darryl's this weekend and taking the family with me this time.We gonna have a house full lol!

Grubby you need to mentaly prepare yourself for what your about to see from Darryls front porch. It will be the wildest thing you have ever seen on water. More 35,000 dollar boats per acre than anyplace in the world. By noon on Saturday there will be 3 foot swells all over the lake.

From Darryl's front porch you can see my condo and all the lake activity. If any of my children plan on coming over, they must use the pool as I refuse to get the party barge out during the weekends. It most certainly will be a rock and roll weekend and fishermen should get their limits by 8:00 AM and then head to the shore.

The wife's parents will be celebrating 50 years the following weekend. There are 7 siblings and their's. We are taking pictures and practicing for the hootnanny this weekend and doing the real deal next. There is almost 50 people just in the imidiate family. They are expecting over 200 for the event.

It is alright by me. I don't do much fishing on the holidays anywho. I agree with the previous comments about the boat traffic. We like to watch fireworks while on the river on our toon boat. I almost swamped it in the chop created after the show.

My woman and I plan on going to a party . My old friends in Marche are having a throw down for their 25 th Anniversery. Those Polish Catholic folks know how to party! Might get back home in time to rack up a few more limits of Crappie.:D

I will be camping at Horseshoe Bend Park on Beaver Lake in Rogers, AR -- from this Friday until next Wednesday. If I don't leave with at least 3 mornings of being hungover in a row and 200 lbs of fish for my freezer I am no longer going to refer to myself as MinnowMan.......you do the math! haha! Don't drink and drive, buckle up.....BE SAFE!!!

Well what will your new handle or forum name be ? Just kidding MM ,hope you have good luck catching that 200 lbs.:D Here on Nimrod the catfishing is heating up and Crappie fish is getting better every day. We usually don't have trouble catching all the catfish we need anytime here. I'll bet the fishing will be good there if you can avoid the water lice.

As for the comments about catfishing and fish biting your hooks and yotta yotta....listen Nimrod, we all like you as is the way you are, you do NOT HAVE TO LIE TO MAKE FRIENDS!!! hahahahaha~! Only joking, thanks for the encouragement, you are so right about the MAN being out, read my post about this weekend, I was concerned when I ready AAA's report this morning during our safety meeting here at work.
