i have not been able to fish either place lately but some of my relatives were down at chicot last week. they were not catching all that many, usually 10-15 per day. stumpjumper may have some better or more recent reports for you.

Heading down there this weekend, been hearing the bream and catfish are bitting pretty good on crickets. The bream are good size.
I am heading that way from Atlanta, Ga and was hoping the fishing has picked up by now. I will give some reports upon my return. Thanks for the input...
