    Unhappy Where are they?

Guys are y'all catching any fish? Lets see some pictures. I haven't been able to fish in 5 weeks and will probably be out at least another 4 weeks. So the only fish I see are the ones y'all catch. The way the weather has been in April in doesn't look like I missed much.

I haven't been fishing for a couple of weeks, (except for standing on my dock, killing a little time in the evenings). I have caught a couple of nice green carp on the dock though. had 1 weigh 4.4. I am going to try to fish this saturday, & I'm not sure where to go. I would like to go to degray or greeson, but would like to hear a good fishing report. Anyone got a lake that's hot? Not too picky, I could go bass fishing, or crappie, even stripers or whites if they're biting.

Thanks for the report, nova. I still haven't decided where to try. I keep hearing bad reports on little maumelle, so I don't have a spot to try picked out.

I haven't heard any good reports from anywhere. I am headed to Ouachita to do some homework and scouting. We have an annual camping trip that started out a few years ago with just my wife and I. It gets bigger and bigger every year with more freinds and relatives. So now I spend time getting ready and scouting so I look good when I know where to fish.

Just got off the phone with CEB who is out fishing while the rest of us work. He's out on the Little Maumelle knocking them in the head. I think he said he had 7 in the livewell with a number of throwbacks. He also had a run in with a school of 2lb stripers and picked up a triple out of that school and managed to keep his lines from getting tangled which must have been some feat. He was just getting started and had yet to make it up to his honey hole or any of the condos further upstream. Hopefully he will post a good report so some of you who have time to fish this weekend can stick a few based on his reccomendations.

Well CEB said they had slowed down the last time I talked to him around noon. He said the dinks were being caught in 12 to 14 feet of water and the hogs were in 10 foot of water though he had yet to find a real pattern for them as the fish were scattered.

You guys go stick em good this weekend while I am building some browine points back up after the wife took me to Talladega. And yes I did offer Jeff Gordon a beer after the race along with 30,000 of my redneck bretheren.

I caught a good mess yesterday on Nimrod in 6 to 8 ' water . The fish did'nt bite much ,but they hit the hit like they wanted it. I fished about 2 tops for each keeper fish. The water is about down so it should get better.
