I would love to have the Livescope or the 360 but got my mind set on the Ulterra. Though I have the Terrova now I want the Ulterra so the other ones will have to wait. By time be able to get one or the other some one will have something else out.

I would have to say livescope. With that said boat control is very important with livescope.

Ultrex for sure. Would much rather be able to easily stay on one spot and fish what I want than be able to see fish and not be able to stay on em.

That's a good question I have the 10" livescope and it's worth every penny but the spot lock would sure be nice too. I don't think it would be used for vertical fishing but casting and pitching out I can see using it. Other than that a good 24 volt variable speed Maxxum would do well.

I think to properly answer that question, we need to know more about how you fish. Do you single pole, troll, longline, all of the above, etc., and also need to know what your current equipment is. Do you already have spot lock/iPilot, good graphs etc.
