Any suggestions? Where are they biting and what are they biting?

The lake never gets my vote. The river will probably be muddy. I ain't going to get to go anywho, so what do I know.

The flow is very strong out on the river today. Looks as though it will start slowing down around Monday. I am going to avoid the river until then, as I don't want the current to be just one more factor against me...
Here's the page I use to check the stage and below that is the flow... http://www.srh.noaa.gov/abrfc/forecast.php?LITA4
If you go upriver on the LM, you will have no problem with any current. It will also have clear water in it if you go in the shoots that run behind the Blue Bird soccer fields and the Ranch Lake subdivision.
I think I saw where you are talking about last weekend. It looked like the grass had taken it over, so I didn't bother going up into them.Originally Posted by LRJoe

The water has dropped very low on the LM, down at least a foot and half from last weekend. We did well up behind the Ranch last weekend but were afraid it was too shallow to get the boat in there yesterday. We caught some bass but no crappie seem to be biting.
