Had the chance to get out and try my luck yesterday during a nice light shower storm.

I caught these on the white river in the middle of the channel on stick ups in about 10fow. All on single rod and 1/16oz jig. I caught 6 this size (1.5lb, 13.5") and about another 6 a little bit smaller. They seemed to turn off once the rain got a little heavier so I started chasing big flatheads - no luck there.

It was also the first time I was able to try out some slab sauce. Now I see why Billbob approves!
