Bear Creek Lake

Would a 12 ft Jon boat with a trolling motor be sufficient enough to fish here? Is this a good lake for bass and bream? Is it crowded on the weekends? Any help would be appreciated.

Jon boat and trolling motor is fine. No outboards allowed over 10 hp. Like everywhere else, it can be good for bass and bream, according to the fish’s mood.
