Horseshoe Lake : Local fisherman Clyde Gregory said the new pumps have been installed in the lake, but are not on yet, so the water is low. Bream are shallow and biting well on wax worms. Crappie are biting well around the piers on minnows and jigs. Bass are holding close to piers and biting well on crankbaits and spinnerbaits. Catfishing is good on worms and cut bait in the middle of the channel.
