I was listening to a AGFC spokesman on the radio about fishing . He stated he had some health issues and suspected parasites from eating raw fresh water fish in form of Ceviche. I have seen several post about making this from Crappie and Bream . The lime juice does not kill parasites . I remember reading about people becoming infested eating pickled fresh water fish . I will take my Sushi rolled in cornmeal and deep fried .
