Default Had a Bad Wreck Last Night!

I was going down Chenal last night on the way home during the electrical blackout on that end of town. I topped a hill with oncoming lights in my eyes. Everything around me was pitch black. Before I could even hit the brakes I was entering an intersection. I was hit in the driver's side front. Both cars had to be towed. No one was seriously hurt but my R.arthritis is really acting up today. I don't know if it was from the impact or what.

Sorry about your accident. I hope everyone remains OK. I know these things sometimes take days to show up. I bet you are sore, hope you didn't injure your casting arm. The storms missed us, seemed to split and go north and south of the part of the Ozarks where I am. Good luck and recover quickly, the crappie are calling your name.

Yeah that storm was flat gettin it last night. I was talking to a buddy who lives between Pinnacle mt and Hwy 10 and he said it hailed for 10 min straight and rained like he had never seen. He said it was kinda scary in his house much less out driving in it. I'm sure glad you were not injured. I don't know what I would do without regular Nimrod reports.

By the way Dr Gooch thinks that the RA flare up is due to the cold front as much as the wreck. I think if you lay off fishing untill Monday and drink a quart of bourbon a day you will be fine. If your unable to get back on the lake by Monday please give the keys to the boat to Mrs. Slabbandit so she and the dog can go get some slabs to post for us working stiffs.

Take care and get well soon.

Sorry bout the wreck, take it easy for a few days before you get back to normal activity. We got in a wreck a few years ago (got hit from behind by a lady driving 35mph while we were stopped to turn) We both felt fine for about 3 days, then the neck and back started hurting. Sometimes it has a delayed reaction, so be careful with it. And Good luck.

Hate to hear about that bandit. Glad to hear you seem to be okay. I agree, you need to take it easy for a couple of days. Hope you can get back on the water soon.
