Default Question for the men on the Arkansas board...

Have you ever walked into a place and asked "I don't reckon ya'll have a pink rod/reel combo for sale do you?" This question is for those men that do NOT have a daughter, niece they have shopped for. I was humiliated walking the LONG journey up the walkway of Sportman's warehouse as the PROUD owner of a brand new hot pink $45 dollar rod/reel combo and some hot pink sinkos and hot pink bobbers, haha! Good times my friends, she's WELL worth it trust me.....good for a laugh for a few I figured....MM :o

We have done the pink, Barbie, Dora . . . . fish combos but my daughter always questioned me about why I was catching more fish. I tried to explain that it was easier to catch fish with a little bit nicer equipment (mines not much above the Barbie combo). She has now converted to fishing with regular rod and reel and using PINK everything else, jig head, skirt, crappie nibbler, bobber . . . . and she loves her some PINK minnows.
Thought I would add this pic, one of the nicer fish she caught last Sunday.

I could not help myself, my wife will kill me. This is not her bait but a fish she caught. I could not let her put it back without a pic.

I picked up a pink trimmed Zebco rod and reel combo (real rod and reel) at Bass Pro in Branson for my granddaughter Maci. She was real proud when she reeled in her first catch, her own Dora Bobber. She told everyone she caught Dora. She likes to fish, and I like to teach, works well.
