    Default Horseshoe 3 23-24

Went to horseshoe with some guys from my church. We fished Friday & Saturday and ran some jugs Friday night. Ended up keeping 33 crappie and all 22 channel cats we caught on the jugs. The largest cat weighed in at 16lbs. No huge crappie just a bunch of average fish.

    Default how was the ramp

I have been wanting to go to horseshoe but i have a heavy boat. I have a 4 wheel drive trail blazer gut scared I guess. Think I can put in w/ a 2-wheel drive? Nice pictures would love to go with you and show you where the crappie are.

I put in my Tracker PC175 with my 2wd F-150 and had no problems. The water is down by about 6 ft according to the regulars.

Way to go, I can almost taste them catfish sizzlin in hot fat. Good picture. I wish the water would warm up here in the mountains. It will come, but it sure seems slow. Should get some white bass action next week up on sugarlof.

Congrats on the catch, we dropped about 50 jugs this morning on our way to a spot and picked them up on the way back. Caught 15 or 16 nice ones. Its always fun. Congrats again.

Congrats on the big mess of fish. I'd say for your first time jug fishing, you are a natural and need keep on doing EXACTLY what you are doing, haha! Good luck....MM :D
