I went there Monday & keep 25 from 11-2. Still in deep water. Caught them on Rosey reds.

I'm originally from Paragould and have fished Poinsett a few years ago. Here's a link to a map I made. The "+" are spots where there are either stumps or brushpiles. I hope this helps and you catch a boatload. -- http://www.familyfishingtrips.com/map-lakepoinsett.htm

I also have an EasyGPS waypoint file of all those stumps and brushpiles if you can use it. I tried to post this this morning but could get onto the board.

How deep were you catching them and on what part of the lake?

That's about 3% of Poinsett trees but a start.

Your right, I didn't mark or even back in the day fish the minefield on the north end of the lake.
