A little bit of pond fishing

Cold weekend in NWA. Decided to put boat in garage to do some work since it was too cold for me on the water. New wheels/tires, stern straps, and bunk boards. Everything done but the boards and decided I just had to wet a line so went to the little pond bout an hour before dark. Man......they was hitting today!

My wife rescued that dog when it was a pup. I said it's feet is way to big and he's in bad shape, we don't need it. As it turned out, we probably needed him bout as bad as he needed us and he goes with us everywhere. RV, boat, heck she even gets him an ice cream when its hot at the drive thru. He likes to go with me to hunt and fish but we definitely do better at fishing than hunting as a team.
If I don't catch enough to dirty my knife I'll put them in that little pond and catch em out or have kids come over and catch a mess, they love it. Good times!
