There is a place open now on the NW side of Lake Atkins called Bells Chapel Bait n More. It is at the Game and Fish ramp off Bells Chapel Road. He sells minnows for $6.50 for half pound and usually gives you 3/4 of a pound when he dips them !! If you live at Morrilton - you need to be checking him out.
