Thanks Steve, Jackie, Russ and others I only know from being on the forum. I have been making life changes spiritually and mentally over the last year or so and neglected myself physically. Hope to make the turn physically with this set back. I have learned a lot about myself from mistakes I have made and can only move on and not make them again.
