    I'm new to this site and just wanted to say hello to everyone. I just bought a place that is really close to Lake Conway and wanted to get some pointers for this lake. I fished it a few times last year and found some, but not as many as I would of liked to. Anyone have any tips or suggestions? I would greatly appreciate anyone's help.

    Welcome tot he board sprtsmn! I'm from down around Fordyce and have only fished Conway once. (This coming Monday afternoon will make twice :D ) However, you can find a great deal of info here regarding Lake Conway, so stick around...

    Thanks bobber. Will you be posting how you did this coming Monday? I've been seeing people out there fishing while I've been driving back and forth to my new house. Hope you wear em' out on Monday.

    Welcome to the board. Think you will find Dr Pepper to be a big help on Conway.

    In fact you can come meet the "Conway Legend" Sat night on the Little Maumelle. We are having a group nightfishing trip with a few of the folks off the Arkansas board. In fact there will be several guys who fish Conway that can give you some tips on the lake.

    Gooch, I appreciate the invite, but this moving and packing has gotten the best of my time. I would like to take a raincheck and would love to meet up with you guys sometime. I'm working my tail off the next couple of weeks so when the fishing starts getting right, I'll not have any excuses not to got. I appreciate everyone's hospitality.

    Welcome to the board Sprtsmn001. I can't help on Conway much but if you need to fish Nimrod. Slabbandit or myself will help. I used to fish Conway years ago for Bass , bream ,and Catfish. Man that lake has plenty of big Flathead Catfish too !
