Default Pics of Ramps at Nimrod Drawdown

Here are some pics I just took a while ago. Current lake level is 341.41.

Carter Cove Ramp. A few still using it.

Anderson Branch Ramps. Quite a few bass boats still using them.

These are the pipes marking the beginning of the low water ramps out on the point of Anderson Branch. These will be used to access the lake from the Carter Cove/Anderson Branch area after the lake level drops a couple more feet.

This is a nice gravel ramp that they built on the very end of Carden Point during the last drawdown. Talked to a friend and he said they brought a dozer down this week and spread 2 fresh loads of gravel on it. Nice quick drop. Good ramp! Here's a pic of all the people using it today.

I was thinking they pushed a concrete ramp in then graveled the lot during the last drawdown

Nope, already chewed up one prop up there, can't afford to keep doing that. I'll take a pass on Nimrod until this drawdown is over.

The COE was adding gravel on road to under water ramps and parking lot . Anderson Branch under water ramps not down enough to use but normal ramps still useable for now . Some folks still launching at Carter Cove but have problems getting out into the lake . Carden Point is safe bet for launching right now . But both places could have problems with parking space if many folks show up .

If the first few people lead by example and pull up and angle park on the left side when pulling away from the Carden Point ramp a lot of rigs can be parked there successfully. The day I took this pic is a good example.
