Heber Spring Angler Expo

I have been asked to give a presentation at the Heber Springs Angler Expo this year. So anyone who is interested in learning about the fish populations in Greers Ferry Lake, I will be discussing a ton of data that we have been collecting out there over the years. This presentation will cover smallmouth bass, spotted bass, largemouth bass, walleye, hybrid striped bass, white bass, and even crappie (thanks to Wayne). I will try my best not to be too technical and bore everyone to death. Hopefully the crowds won't be too unruly and I will be allowed to leave unharmed! Unfortunately the crappie portion will be a little slim due to a lack of data but I will discuss what I have. Also, you have an oportunity to hear about future plans and have a chance to grill me with questions (always fun). I will be speaking at noon on Saturday April 2nd. Hope to meet some of yall out there.

I will be there, I'm gonna do a seminar on the longlining. Not sure on the time but it will be on Saturday the 2nd

D-10 and Creek giving Seminar's might be a good day to fish Greers

Wish I were fishing that Saturday! That is the same day as the CACA Big Momma Crappie Tournament (Kids Fish Free) on Lake Dardanelle. I was planning on taking Jacob fishing in his first crappie tournament. Maybe next year.

Just a reminder, in case you are not fishing the Dardanelle tournament and you are in the area, come on out and learn from the man (Creekslick) on fishing for crappie on Greers. Also you can listen to some Gubber (me) ramble on about Greers Ferry fish data. Hopefully it will be a good experience for all.
