I've got em in front and back of my jon boat. Love them. Very comfortable, rain doesn't bother them. There are a few problems with them that I've noticed. In the winter you will freeze your buns off. They are kindda large and get caught on brush. And its a little bit tough running a tiller steer out of them. But all that said, I still love them.
If you have ever had a good case of the "boat seat itch" you will appreciate them, LOL! We have the saltwater edition with the adjustable back and they are very comfortable. The only complaint we have with them is that they are a bit large.

LOVE the seats!!!!!!! Just bought 2 for my boat and putting my "Padded" seats away. Call Zimmermans in Little Rock for a good price. You will never have a wet behind when you sit on a Millennium seat like you do your padded one. Also during the summer they are a life saver if you spend a lot of time sitting. Great back support as well. Fish a day in one before you decide but I highly recommend them.
I love them! Had the tempress before and they were very uncomfortable after a little while! I could fish all day in these millennium seats!
