I normally fish the Arkansas river system. I noticed today the water levels in the creek I was fishing are going down (shut off the bite). I guess they are drawing down in anticipation of the rain next week.
New updated estimates. Doesn't look good.

Dadgum, THATS NUTZ!!
D10, could you please be a little optimistic? *grin* :)
The good thing is that this is Arkansas so that forecast could change pretty quickly :pray:pray
I am definitely the glass is half full kind of a guy. I would rather point of the positives, when available, than the negatives. However, it is hard to spin 8+ inches of rain to be positive towards fishing. [emoji2] But let me try. There should be plenty of water in lakes for some good spawns! This will definitely kick the walleye into high gear on Greers! How about that?
