Crappie lesson's Thanks Dad.

Dad Called Friday Night said us go fishing Saturday.Dad had been in hospital (blood clots in both lung's)answered prayer's)Got on the water about 8:00 fished about an hour 3 crappie.A crappie friend came by said i hit the whites on the flat just above where you are fishing.Dad said lets move the white bass are feeding on the shad find the cover close to the shad(crappie and others feeding cut up shad by the white Bass) their will be crappie.Bingo fish on was a non stop bite until the sun got high.The bite stopped.32' of water had to be on bottom. 29 kept enough to eat 10 not big mostly females eggs.Turned several females back to spawn. Black/chart 2 in arkie tube 1/8 oz jighead.Had to be on the bottom next to cover reel up one click crappie on. Saw a friend turn back a nice Walleye 1/2 an in too long.Great Day on the water with friend's don't get any better.Less you are eating crappie with friend's and family. Thanks D-10 off you fish cover. Had a couple extra's RCC(garden fertilizer) never know what will bite your jig.

Enjoy your trips with your dad. I almost lost mine back in 2008 and ANY time he wants to go, I make sure there's room. He likes taking the dog when we go so that's something different happening each time.
