:D Glad you guys got to come down my way for some good fellowship and crappie fishing! Sorry I had to work and could not be there. It looks like I will be working during the Spring camp. I really enjoyed meeting you guys, and it looks like the whole Louisiana gang really took to you all. Hope to get to see you sometime soon.Keep up the posts so I can at least keep an eye on you guys.

Thanks Coolarry, it was a good time and good fishing. Wish you could have made it, but there's always next time. And if at all possible I'll be there.

beats a good day at work.

Yeah you missed a goodun down at Larto. Man those cajun folks sure know how to have a good time. It also seems that every one of them is married to a woman that would run Betty Crocker out of the kitchen. Percher and his wife cook so well that I am looking into them adopting me.

Sorry you missed it but your ears must have been burning cause we talked about you on the way down. Like LA Stumpjumper said try and make the next one.

Gooch, you must not have met my wife! Well she did cook the brownies, but I had to take them out of the oven to keep them from getting burned! :D

We had a ball with you guys/gals and can't wait until the next one.

Hey Jerry it was a pleasure meeting you and Kathy this past weekend. I hope someday I'll take the trip up there and fish with you guys. Hope you got to take some fish home. I never did ask:o . I sent all my fish home with Garrett, he has them bagged and frozen ready to eat!

There are two things to aim for in life: First, to get what you want; and after that, to enjoy it. Only the wisest of mankind achieves the second. Author unknown, but I like it!

Hey Steve, we really enjoyed meeting you and Garrett. We had a really good time there. I hope you can come up and fish up here sometimes. I hope to do some more fishing in La. also. I bet Garrett will make good use of those fillets at school. I gave mine to Johnny.

I bet those filets dont last two weeks in the hands of a college student. If he is anything like I was at that age I am sure they will be served with some ramen noodles and mac and cheese.

It was a pleasure to meet and enjoy the outdoors with the both of you. Try and drag that boy up sometime on a fishin trip. I'll let you borrow a peice of chain when you come.
