Customer service is top shelf. Nimrod sent a customer to their website to order. The people pulling the order made a mistake on the color of two tubes. I called Gary at Southern Pro and they let the customer keep the two mistaken colors (They are good colors too) and are shipping him twice as many of the correct color tubes that he ordered plus a few goodies. We all make a few mistakes, but how you handle those mistakes is what makes the difference!!!
