i dont think that its real, a 200lb man next to it and he looks small , thing would have to weigh closer to 1280+ lbs than 280 to make a man look so tiny, Lol !!!!

Just good job of photography. That fish almost 9' and he is at it's tail. Those European Wel's Catfish do get big.

ok i beieve it, hehehehehehehe!!!! i watched a video of the fish after it was caught and released, picture is just taken in a way that it makes the fish look Allot bigger, but it is real!!!! i want to see a picture of a 2lb crappie that looks like a 20lb crappie !!!

You know those 10lb crappie don't eat good and are only good for tournament fish, besides, I only catch that size pre-fishing and not on tournament day. Just gimme a bunch of 8 inch slabs and I'm all good.
