Looks like Poly tubes that are used for crop irrigation. Farmers use hundreds of feet of it in the spring and summer then throw it away, or recycle it. Maybe somebody will pick or up and haul it off someday.Quote:

Its there to keep the levee from eroding. It works great for that.
