Met Dan at Gold Creek Yesterday

Finally put in at Gold Creek yesterday and met Dan for first time. What a nice individual. Helped route me to the "pool" and chatted a bit about what was happening with the fishing.

Of course, no fisherman me got skunked on keepers!! Caught 3 bass about 6 inches long, 2 crappie coming in a bit smaller than the bass, and my usual 4 lb. drum. Seems the good fisherman caught a few keepers.

Maybe next time. Still had a great time just being on the water.

good to meet you too Paul 2 other boats had caught 13 each with some decent fish,one guy came out at 10:30 with 3 but they were all biguns one other guy and gal I didn't talk to but they been catching some weekly, yes sir Paul welcome to the pool a little time put in and you should be able to get in on early spring bite.

Don't let Paul fool ya he was really good fisherman before the golf bug took over. Listen to Dan he want steer ya wrong. Glad you found the board.
