Make sure you get all the dark meat off the fillets, blacken or grill and enjoy. Doesn't take much red to ruin taste!

Hawg, I bet that striper gave you fits on an ultra light. We only tried once eating that trash fish - never again.

Would ther be any trouble launching a glass boat in the Shoe?

I would definetly be careful... But did see some bigger boats out there.. I was in my smaller stick steer and i still had to push it off
