    Default Bream advice for Conway

A friend asked me to take him and his son out fishing. They have never been. I figured Bream would probably be the easiest. Anybody have any advice for Bream on Lake Conway. Spots, bait, Depth. Thanks in advance. Hopefully be a able to turn on a youngster to fishing.

Easier this time of year to Crappie fish. Try Nimrod and troll jigs or minnows.

Don't need anything but rod & reels , cane poles, or jig poles. Drag jigs or minnows real slow. Hold your poles and use trolling motor to maintain .5 to .8 mph speed.

Fish around the banks, around lilly pads, logs and stumps, usE crickets and small jigs, they sell both at bates field and stream in mayflower. Try to stay in the two foot to three foot depth range, this should put lots of bream in your cooler. Good luck, hope this is helpful.

I am a CrappiePro, not a bream pro, but seeing's how you asked? Howards Coward's has already been PMed an exact spot and what to do when he gets there.
