That looks pretty good. Also looks like an old Ouachita boat I used to have. Caught a few fish in it once upon a time.

As you can see, rarely do 2 fishermen set their boat up the same. This will require a lot of your preferences as to how you set it up. Building your own trolling motor mount or buying one, bolting it in verses having it welded in, seat bases. Keep asking and we will keep posting. I've got a picture of my mount on my boat. I'll find it and post it.
