Tough Day in the Pool

Place is called "Wilhimena Cove" or "the Pool". Now just full of houses.

thanks, do people fish it, or is it only open to residents of the housing?

Yes it is fished by the public ... access is from Gold Creek ... Dan at Gold Creek Ramp can show you the ropes on getting thru the shallow's. When it is right you will see 20 plus boats in the cove.

Mid South tube. Go to Mid South's website and look at their products. Jig No. 802 is what he is talking about.

I would trade a lot for a day like that. I haven't caught that many crappie in one trip all year.
