Nimrod specials and Spanky got exercised today.

I had my nets pulled this week so thought I would try a little jigging after hunting. Used my go to baits as usual. NIMROD specials (Southern Pro Umbrellas in purple/chartreuse on 1/8 oz unpainted heads) and Spanky (MEATGETTER #129). Went out a little before noon and loaded up at 4 pm. Lots of dinks but did catch a limit of keepers with some good fish. If my counter was hit every time ,I caught atleast 72 total today but many were small. Sure was a beautiful day to be on the water. No photos this time but everyone has seen enough to know what they look like. lol Not sure I want to put out nets or Crappie fish now.

I checked with the possum cops they said crappie season was from January 1st thur December 31 st.
