Evening at the lake

Well I got off work an hour early and loaded up the boat to hit the water. A short ways down the road I found myself going through the construction with a flat tire on the Trailor. Spare tire changed on the side of the hwy and I was off again. I got to the lake and found the parking lot full of other eager anglers who were already on the water. I launched the old boat and headed out. The banks and creek was full of anglers in small and large boats. I shut her down and went to strolling. I thought I was incognito but was soon busted by more than 4 .com folks lol. I had a great time and conversations with everyone. Even boarded jiggermax's boat and helped him out with his new lowrance toy. It was funny as I caught my first fish with my rod hanging off the boat while I was talking with and showing him how to use his toy. The many boats and myself beat the banks and brush but the bite was slow for me in the couple hours I had to play. I did find me a couple bobby garland jigs that the few fish I caught liked. Still gathering tackle back up and inventory is low but made due with what I had. Was a great enjoyable afternoon on the water. Here is my big catch on one of the few baits I had to use lol

Yep Jeff you too. Nice to see all the .com folks and visit when I can. Sure was a wonderful afternoon to be out. I guess I am gonna have to charge for on the water lessons as it cuts in my fishing time lol. Hey jiggermax ya owe me a coke he he he .
