My experience with MLL's is that whatever they are set at, the size right below that stacks up like crazy. Happened with bass on the River.

The only new lake that the 10" MLL will affect is Lake Conway. A lot of people interpreted the question on the regulations survey to be that the regulation would be state wide. I could tell this by the comments people put on there. THIS IS NOT A STATE WIDE REGULATION.Quote:

Why don't we change the regs to only 30 trips a year with as many as you can catch on those trips. Any size too. I like the 6" MLL tho. :)

I have seen plenty of days where folks have had problems catching 10-10 inchers on Conway let alone 30...including myself.
I have almost 65,908 days of backlogged fishing days that I am due a larger limit than I caught. Thus, I suppose I can keep about 180 each future trip that I take. When I retired, I THOUGHT I'd go fishing 150 days a year. Hahaha. That's rich. I'd have to have 3 nubile slaves and 5 more IRA's to do that! But I go whenever I can, and I own 5 freezers, so....... I think I'm due.
