Hmmm...I had given some thought to this. But, not sure about the spring schedule yet. How long will the drive be?

That would be nice of us to go down and give those boys some pointers on crappie fishing. I know it can be real helpful to folks, just get to fish with an angler of my caliber. Not to mention January is the only month a year they dont have to worry about skeeters, snakes and gators.

I am taking my wife for two nights in Eureka Springs on New Years Eve so I should be ok on brownie points. Unless my social director can think of a reason I cant go I would be glad to work out a trip down there. I would love to spend a night or two round a camp fire with those cajuns off the Louisiana board.

Gooch, come on down and bring your wife with you. Alot of us are bringing our wifes with us. I am bringing my kids too.
As far as pointers, I will use all you want to give me (heck I got to know how to use them custom jigs! hehehehe:D ) You might want to bring a pad and pencil though, that is Slab Hunter's home lake and he took alot of us to school in the first get together!:D
Heck we might even feed yall some of that GREAT CAJUN FOOD!:D
Looking forward to seeing you guys.:D

Darryl, all you have to do it tell your guests there has been a change in plans and they will be fishing a different lake.....lol
For those that can make it, come on down, it should be lots of fun.

Man if I can find a fishing partner for this I am comming. The wife has no interest in it and wont let me bring the kid but I am game. I really wont need any fishing advice as I am comming for the food and campfire. If a Louisiana crappie wants to bite my hook I aint gonna stop him but I'm sure not going to get my feelings hurt if I dont catch many or any. Just want to get down there and meet some of you guys off the Louisiana board. Who knows if I am lucky I will be able to help you get one of those LSU Tiger jigs out of your hand. Ha Ha.
