Wish i was there nice catch.
I'm suspecting Russ has got his hands on a rogue buckwheat. Just fleece that big honking thing. Steak, and score the meat. Fry until crispy. Yum yum. Or maybe ya'll just cut the wings off of it and threw it back. I like a big mess of buffalo wings. They don't taste like fish at all if done right. Of course the ribs are out of this world. Now that I think about it, if it were me, I think I would have just thrown all those nasty hard to clean crappie back in and kept the buffalo.Quote:
