Conway's Black Crappie Madness

The black crappie were on fire.. as my clicker reads 86 I decided I had enuff. I am not talking dinks either. All were fat blacks from 10-12 inches. It was crazy and I had soo much fun today caught and released some nice fish also missed some good ones. They seemed to be bitting all over the lake and I haft to wonder where they all come from? Out of 86 fish caught...I only caught one white. The black crappie are on Full Throttle and my Ozark 10 foot jig pole and Arm are still vibrating from all the hard thumps. LOL It was crazy. Here is the 20 I kept, But threw back many others as good as these. It was a crazy day on Conway and I still had over three hours of daylight left to fish when I stopped.

WOW! That was a great day Russ. Sometimes it just happens like that and there is just no logical explanation but they definitely make up for those "dry runs" that we all have from time to time. The good thing is that you were ready for it when it happened and made the most of it. Maybe there was a little yellow butterfly sitting on the peak of that hat you were wearing that you never saw or knew about, LOL!
