Your best bet is to get in the boat with someone. We all do things different, some off the side, some out the back, some a combo of both, some push off the front. Don't think I have been with anyone else that does it exactly like I do.

Why does it seem to be very limited videos of cranking for crappie on youtube? All the videos are really short and doesnt go over the technique at all. Can someone post an instructional video??? Or tell me where I can go to find one.

you're only limited by your lack of imigination. Think about "pullin cranks" and 14 foot rods and 10 foot rods and $1000 trolling motors and $3000 graphs. What can you imagine happens?
Nuthin, I mean nuthin like pullin cranks.
I'm gonna try it in about 10 days on Greers. I hope cranks don't pull my 10, 12, and 14 foot rods double and break 'em!! I might have to break out the 6' stiff worm rods!! I have no idea which rod/reel combo is best. But I bet I try SOMETHING!!!![]()
