Rod holder for new boat

For traveling... Want to attach the holder to the rail on my boat and the rods be one above the other.. Don't want it to extend out into the boat any more than neccessary...

Mine are 6" wide and 21" tall and will hold 8 rods.

I use racks I bought at the hardware . used for hanging up water hoses. On the outside of my toon. Works great for less than 20 bucks.
