Default Thanks Arkcrappie for helping me catch...

The flu! Started off with a sore throat after calling all the numbers for the drawing Saturday night at camp and got worse from there. The nail in the coffin was the farewell handshake Sunday morning......followed with a rubbing of the eyes, lol.

I enjoyed the camp as always and it has come along ways since the days at lil maumelle river, night stalks at Conway, fish fry's in parking lots with a total attendance of not more than 10-12 people, years ago.

I hope everyone else enjoyed the camp as well.... Till next time, keep your lines tight and if I can do anything for any of you, please let me know.

You are quite welcome! Glad I could be of some help

I would suggest lots of rest and Tamiflu, 800 mg Motrin, 2000 mg of vitamin C daily, Cepecol (for the sore throat), Alka Seltzer cold and cough and drink lots of water and eat lots of soup. That stuff only lasts about 5 days. You will be good in no time!!

Dennis, I'm not sure you can blame that solely on me. I saw my dad out there touching all of your fishing poles and all of the jigs you had laying around on the deck of your boat.

By the way, has the flu stopped you from fishing???

My dad and I enjoyed ourselves as well at camp. My dad made the comment over and over about how much work goes into putting an event like that together. He was very impressed with every aspect of it. He wanted me to pass his "Thanks" on to all of those that made that possible. He will be talking about Spring Camp for months to come.

Events like Spring Camp just goes to prove what exceptional people there are on this site. From the organizers to the attendees, the people here are just plain ole good folks!! I thank all of you for all you do and I'm looking forward to many more camps to attend.

Hope you are better soon. Kent wouldn't even shake my hand. I just thought he didn't like me. Turns out, he was just taking care of his friends.

RCC, I don 't know if you could get Dennis to agree with that "taking care of his friends" statement or not! I talked to him yesterday and he's got it pretty bad. I hate it. I wouldn't wish this on my enemies!

I think Dennis and I are still friends though. I can tell he's wanting me to go fishing as he kept saying something to me about how he wished I'd go jump in the lake...........
