lake reports please on horseshoe or midway

i have been reading more than posting due to not fishing much going to try to go to horseshoe ,midway tomarrow and try my luck will be single poleing mostly around trees will have a spider rig with me but hope to not use it . any info will be appreciated will give a report tomarrow thanks in advance for any info and god bless all.

I'm hearing the crappie have moved shallow on the trees at the shoe.
Don't know about Midway, but check the river stage before going.

I would think the river will start in Midway tonight or early tomorrow with the river forecasted to be at 24.0 feet at 7 am and rising nearly 3 feet a day.

If you fished Midway in the past couple of days, I can almost see not catching any. When the river is about to come in, the crappie can get real hard to find. Midway can be tough to fish these days. It is surely not the same lake it was 25-30 years ago
