You are killing me. I haven't really caught a good day yet this fall. It has always been a bluebird, high pressure, windy day every chance I have had. Just like I know it will be Saturday.
I guess I need to get my priorities strait. Am I gonna work or fish????
DP
Might want to check the weather on accuweather.com. Looks like its going to be a good day to fly a kite instead of going fishing.Quote:

Keep us posted on you and Diet Dr Peppers success this weekend.
Seems like I remember the last time a game was in town, someone got into trouble for going to Crappie Camp. Now whose butt did you say was going to be smoking?Quote:

Darryl is right - Hamilton is picking up!
Had a decent mess this morning:
And another pretty good mess this afternoon:
The lake level is down to winter pool and Entergy will hold it there until the first week of March so they should get real serious about the Fall Feeding Frenzy when the water temps start to fall again.
Weather fronts slowed things down a bit, but we were still able to land our share today. Took all day to do it, but it's done. I like conquering trips like this one.

The feller on the left looks like Hank Williams Jr! (With a little weight maybe.) :D
I got back on Hamilton today after not fishing it for a week and they were still cooperating fairly well.
Still deep though - 18 to 20-feet for most of them.
Yep -

That little 8 year old standing there is the reason I named my business what I did. She caught 13 of our creel. Wow, what a blast we had.
