Right now we have 5 gates open. Out goal is for the lake to be at 262.5 after the ice melts and runs off into the lake. After the next round of rain (Saturday - Monday) we plan on bringing the lake up to 263.0. I bet that this cold runoff will lower water temps again and delay the pre spawning activities as well. Would anyone who goes out there, please report water temperature. I am curious. I guess if no one reports, I can make a trip (work related of coarse) and check temps myself. Pay no attention to the 10' Ozark Poles in the boat. I have modified them with a temperature probe that looks like a chartreuse jig, to check water temps. JK
